I have been bodybuilding for a while now and am lean and muscular, but I am worried that without hitting the weights for a few months that I’ll loose alot of muscle. I’m going to Camp LeJune for 12 weeks following boot camp. Would I be allowed to lift weight while I’m there?

    i dont think so.
my boyfriend wrote me a letter and it said he has lost most of his muscle but has lost ten pounds from the food.

believe me you will keep your shape. as many pushups and pulls they do! yea you will. but yea they will let yall go in a weight room

You’re not going to worry about that once you get there. You’ll be too sore to lift and besides, you need a lot of protein and healthy fats to maintain your mass, so lifting alone won’t keep it on.

In boot, no you will not.

In AIT you will have a chance to go to the base gym on your off duty hours.

Remember, the military values endurance far more than pure strength.
