What was the most motivating part of Marine Corps Boot Camp?

I’m going to join the Corps soon, and was just wondering what the most motivational part of boot was for any Marines or former Marines.

    What was motivating for me ,was when my drill instructor got in my face. I could do anything when he was in my case.

    recieving the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. wow army ranger is that the best you can come up with? run along now little brat
