what to do to train for the marine corps boot camp?

I am getting ready to go to Marine Corps boot camp and as the day draws near I am getting a bit nervous about being ready for it. What can I do now to be ready physically to join the marines boot camp? I have been told it is very physical and that is not the part that scares me. What I have read all ovder this website is that there is so much more to getting ready for boot camp than just running and the like. HELP!!! What should I do? What should I study?

The best thing you can do is search the questions for an answer as this is asked about 12 times a day.
