The Eagle, Globe and Anchor Ceremony is the culminating ceremony of Marine Corps Recruit training.  It is only after the completion of all requirements of becoming a Marine have been accomplished.  It is the culmination of everything it took to gain entry to Marine Corps boot camp… to standing on the yellow footprints…to completing the Crucible.

At the end of the Crucible, before the Warriors breakfast, all Marines march miles back to main-side and are presented with an Eagle, Globe and Anchor.  It is at that moment that a recruit is transformed into a Marine.

To the outsider…to those that never earned the title, this ceremony may not look like much, but to those that have earned the title…well…you know what I mean!
