im a 17 year old boy and I’ll be going 2 marine boot camp next year. I been yelled at nonstop for the last 17 years so I’ve learned to kinda "ignore" yelling and screaming and to deal with stress so im good for the mental part. but what about the physical part? what exactly should I be able to do physically before boot camp (pushups pullups running endurance)? no workout plans please just specific numbers. thanks and semper fi!

Continuation of previous march – DI is chewing out a recruit- then orders Left Face – then dismissed. As recruits head into squad bay they are overheard saying “By you leave sir” as they pass DI. DI then heads, by rear hatch, to squad bay.
I’m about to leave to Marine Corps Recruit Training Feb 2010 and I want to be promoted to Lance Corporal E-3, I should be leaving PFC E-2 before I get there. How and what all do I need to be a guide and the best guide of the company to graduate Company Honor man. My goal is to leave recruit training an e-3. thanks Semper Fi USMC
