Just lift and run. The hardest part is mental, not physical.

Just run 3 miles, do pull ups and sit ups and you’ll be straight. Marine corps doesn’t concentrate much on strength, it’s pretty much endurance, because I just finished boot a month ago and I’m really not strong strength wise and it was easy for me cause I loved running. What sucks is the Hikes and in MCT you’ll run a lot with cavalars with sappi plates which weighs about 25lbs and boots. Besides all the fun I.T.’s you receive in boot camp will get you in shape for sure.
