Is there such thing as a family visit day for marine recruits?

I was told that there was a family marine recruit visit day for one hour with no physical contact once every four weeks. But im skeptical, is this real?

lol No, its not true. Family day is the day before graduation. After you get your eagle, globe and anchor you’re free to roam the base with your family until your SDI says to be back in the barracks.

  • I love my Marine says:

VERY VERY FALSE. lol. There’s no such thing. BUT there is a family day. It’s the day before your Marine graduates.
