I am a Naval Hospital Corspman 3rd Class stationed in Okinawa Japan and it looks like my next duty station is with the Marines again in MCRD San Diego. If anybody currently works there or has worked there what can I expect….Barracks life and all of that good stuff? Or is it the same as the Marine Base out here? Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!

I’m not a corpsman, but I can tell you that you’ll have a great time in San Diego. I was stationed at NAS North Island and I loved it! There’s so much to do there, the weather is perfect, and the people are super chill. You’ll love it!
