IM DOING THE SAME AS YOU…. I JUST RUN A LOT AND DO PUSH UPS,SIT UPS, PULL UPS

  • Mr Puma:

You already know what to do. Cut out all the junk food, and start eating right. Turn off the computer, get off your butt. Push ups, chin ups, sit ups, run (sprints and distance), climb ropes, horizontal ladder. Push yourself. Get a friend or family member to work out with you. Push each other. Set daily goals. 50 one day, 60 the next.

Well the main things to focus on is pull-ups, crunches, and your 3 mile run. When it comes to testing, that’s what the Marines focuses on. However, before you do any of that, make sure you do warm-up exercises to get your body all loose and stretched out. So calisthenics and stretching exercises are good good for that.
