If its Ur first letter I would say 3 to 4 days. After that mail should become steady and arrive within 2 to 3 days.

takes say 4-5 to go though the regular mail system and then it’s goes to the postal house for processing on the base.
which takes another 2-3 days to make it to his barracks and then they get to pick when they will hand it to him
expect delays
