If so, how was the experience? Did that person make it through? Was it still easy?

LOL, first thing I thought of was Full metal jacket… Yea I had an oversize person go through but had a heck of a time and the drill Sgt would not get off the kids back…so they normally have a tougher time than anyone else…is this you?
I went to a weekend introductory course at one point – wasn’t the marines though of course.
Lets just say that being out of shape puts you at a severe disadvantage.
He was a fat slob, and he made it through and he was lean and mean when he came out. It must have been difficult for him though.
I went through Army Bootcamp, and the same thing happened there too. Fat slobs slim down and tone up and have to get a whole new set of BDUs when the graduate from BCT.
lol. the twins. big boys, 6’4"+ big frame. and soft like a babies butt. high school rotc, and they thought they would breeze through basic. that did not happen, but they both made it. very entertaining watching them. no, it was certainly not easy.
I went to Marine boot camp super out of shape I could barley run for 2 min straight and i was 5’10 200+ pounds and now im 5’10 157 pounds and im super strong i coulnt bench 100 pounds but now I can probley do that with one hand. The Marines will work with you untill you get fit for their tranning.
