Can you go to officers candidacy school after Marine Corps Boot Camp?
I WANT to go to boot camp for the United Stated MArine Corps, as I feel it is a valuable experience to have, but I am also less than a year away from a BA Degree in Communications. I know officers make a lot more money, but can i have my cake and eat it too?

If you’re so close to graduating you might as well finish first. If you don’t, the Marines are going to do everything possible to procrastinate on helping you finish it.
No guarantees after you enlist that you’ll be able to switch.
Yes! You can have your cake and eat it too! The PLC(platoon leader’s class) and OCC are essentially a more physically challenging and mentally demanding version of boot camp for officer’s. Talk to an OSO(officer selection officer.)
