I have sensitive skin and I breakout with rashes and ingrown hairs. Can I bring a cream shave to boot camp? if not do the sell a cream shave there?

No. Anything you bring that is used for hygiene will be given up at receiving and the Marine Corps will provide you with what you will need. They do provide shaving cream.
If the cream is by prescription, then they’ll check out whether you actually need it to survive boot camp, if you do, then they’ll take what you brought with you and a military doctor will write a new script for you.
Take it, but be aware that you might have to go on sick call and get a doctors note to use it.
Hope the stuff smells better than the Magic Shave used during Vietnam!
