Try watching Documentaries about Boot Camps. They come on tv all the time. Go down to your local recruiting station to find out about Boot Camp.

Devil dog diary written by GYSRG William price. He basically kept a daily diary while going through boot camp and then turned it into a book. I personally find it to be an excellent book. You can buy it on amazon for about 15 dollars
